Here is a list of all the fun group exercise classes the Bronco Fitness Center has to offer:


ABSolution
This 15 minute class will give your torso the ultimate workout! Please be warmed-up upon entering the class.

Body Tone
This class is EVERY body’s dream come true! The name says it all. We will start out with a rhythmic warm-up to get the blood flowing to all our muscles. The muscles worked include both upper and lower body. We will be using weights, body-bars, resist-a-balls, bands, etc. All fitness levels are encouraged to participate.

Spinning™
Come ride with us! Whether you’re a novice or a seasoned rider isn’t important. Just have fun, burn some calories and join us on the ride of your life! All fitness levels are welcome.

Yoga
Relax while learning the proper techniques of breathing. This class will teach everyone how to stretch out their muscles while listening to soothing music. Bringing your own yoga mats will ensure a comfortable seat.

Pilates
Improve core control, coordination, standing alignment and balance with Pilates mat exercises. There are 20 different movement phrases, which are performed seated or while lying down on your back, side or front. Emphasis is on precise alignment, breathing and efficient sequencing of movement.

Yogalate
This new age strength and toning class utilizes the fitness ball. It will strengthen your core, while toning and elongating your muscles. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats for a comfortable seat.

Zumba™
Zumba has become one of the fastest-growing, dance-based fitness crazes in the country, with people of all ages falling in love with its infectious music, easy-to-follow dance moves, and body-beautifying benefits. Come by Try out our free demos of the class on 9/30 and 10/7.

Fit Plus Classes
These classes are offered at a nominal fee

Boot Camp – Fall into Fitness
Join our boot camp for the fall and you won’t be sorry. This fun and engaging class will challenge you physically. This class will focus on circuit training, cardio training, core training and we will be utilizing several aspects of the university to train indoors as well as outdoors. We put the Boot in Bootcamp.
