Here is a list of all the fun group exercise classes the Bronco Fitness Center has to offer:

Abdominals

This 15 minute class will give your torso the ultimate workout! Please be warmed-up upon entering the class.

Body Tone

This class is EVERY body’s dream come true! The name says it all. We will start out with a rhythmic warm-up to get the blood flowing to all your muscles. The muscles worked include both upper and lower body. We will be using weights, body-bars, resist-a-balls, bands, etc. All fitness levels are encouraged to participate.

Step & Sculpt

TWO WORKOUTS IN ONE! Low impact, moderate and high intensity step workout using an adjustable platform and a muscle conditioning workout utilizing hand weights, tubing, or even your own bodyweight. The class will alternate from step to sculpt for a great total body workout.

KickBox Kombat

Go ahead—punch, jab, and kick your way to fitness! This is one class that will make you sweat! Kickboxing basics are taught and then applied in a circuit class of rounds incorporating heavy bags as focus targets. This class is recommended for all fitness levels.

Turbo Kick™

It’s the hottest exercise class around! Sure, it’s kickboxing, but it’s also so much more! You’ll kick, punch and groove the calories away in this action-packed, super fun, super safe and effective cardiovascular workout. This class is recommended for all fitness levels.

Hip-Hop

Dance your body into fitness! This current hip-hop class will fine tune your rhythm, moves, and your style while breaking a sweat and keeping you smiling! This class is open to all fitness levels, so grab a friend and fine tune the dancing trend!

BOSU Integrated Training

The BOSU Balance Trainer is a truly unique balance, core stability and proprioception training device that can be integrated with all types of fitness training, or stand alone as an outstanding functional conditioning tool. Come out and get a great workout for your core.

Spinning

Come ride with us! Whether you’re a novice or a seasoned rider isn’t important. Just have fun, burn some calories and join us on the ride of your life! All fitness levels are welcome.

Yoga

Relax while learning the proper techniques of breathing. This class will teach everyone how to stretch out their muscles while listening to soothing music. Bringing your own yoga mats will ensure a comfortable seat.

Pilates

Use your body weight to strengthen you core. Relax while learning the proper techniques of breathing. Bringing your own mat willensure a comfortable seat.

Sports Conditioning

Get ready for the most intense soccer-baseball-track-volleyball-basketball preparedness class ever. Whether you are a competing athlete, a weekend warrior or an avid watcher of sports, this class will take you through drills that will shoot your performance through the roof! You’ll build muscle definition while you increase your agility speed, and power!
