Conference and Event Services
Known for its history, beauty, and architecture, the Cal Poly Pomona campus provides a highly desirable location to host meetings, conferences and events. Through the Bronco Student Center Conference and Events Services, your guests are offered a freeway accessible, scenic location to conduct business or host the envy of all social occasions. The Bronco Student Center accommodates anywhere from 10 to 1200 guests in a variety of seating and meeting room arrangements. In addition, it provides catering services and a full range of audio visual equipment, all at a competitive price. The Bronco Student Center acts as a central gathering place with venues for conferences and meetings of all types. Conference and Event Services is available to assist on and off-campus groups in the planning and coordinating of arrangements including catering, lodging, parking and security. Facilities include a 650-seat multipurpose room, theater, lecture hall and a selection of smaller meeting rooms. Outdoor spaces surrounding the student center are also available to reserve for events such as concerts and large gatherings. Lounge spaces include the Bronco Exhibit Gallery, lobby areas, study lounge, dining ares and outside study terrace. |
