Facilities range from a 650-seat multipurpose room, theater and lecture halls to a selection of smaller meeting rooms. Outdoor spaces surrounding the student center are also available to reserve for events such as concerts and large gatherings. Lounge spaces include the Bronco Exhibit Gallery, lobby areas, study lounge, dining area and outside study terrace.

Ursa Major Suite:

Equipped with a stage, projection box and retractable walls, Ursa Major is the BSC’s largest and most versatile room. Ursa Major hosts events ranging from hip-hop concerts and graduation receptions to conferences and lectures. With its retractable walls, the suite can accommodate multiple events of various sizes simultaneously.

Ursa Minor Suite:

The second largest conference facility in the BSC is Ursa Minor. Located on the second floor of the BSC, Ursa Minor offers a beautiful, panoramic view of the University Park through ground-to ceiling windows.

Andromeda & Orion Rooms:

The Andromeda and Orion rooms offer accommodations for smaller groups than the Ursa rooms(parties less than 200 people). These rooms are used for small lectures, classes, film viewings and small banquets. These rooms have two retractable walls which divide the suites into 3 sections each. These rooms are popular for workshops.

England Evans Board Room and Pegasus

The England Evans Board Room and Pegasus are ideal settings for a conference or meeting. The England Evans Board Room, a 65-person room, and Pegasus, a 16 person room, are commonly used for campus staff meetings and are ideal settings for your next meeting.

Centaurus Room:

The Centaurus Room is the BSC’s theater room. Centaurus is equipped with theater style fixed seating for 100 people. Movies are regularly scheduled on our 10”x10” stationary projector screen.
